Surface with A Smile was founded in 1987 by owner Brett Walker, originally working out of a small factory off Henderson Valley Road; finally settling where the main office is today @ 53 Portage Road, New Lynn. Brett’s background includes being a qualified Car Painter by trade who has successfully diversified into cabinetry. 

Our team maybe small in numbers (just under 20) but deliver on skilled detail orientated people, who are true customer service professionals with our clients and take a great deal of pride in their craft.
